Each class of mail must be separated by class, with a separate voucher attached.

Charge Slip Procedures

Purchase Orders (PO) must be approved before postal services can be provided. These services include charge slips for domestic/international mail, FedEx services, mail preparation, and business reply/returned mail.

Domestic Mail

Use this option to send mail to addresses within the United States, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, APOs and FPOs.

International Mail

Use this option to send mail to addresses outside the United States or U.S. Territories.

FedEx Shipping

FedEx shippers please email FSU Postal Services to request a FedEx Ship Manager invitation.

Please select a Purchase Order (PO). If a PO is not listed it must be created in OMNI to appear below.
